Zodra wij uw retourzending hebben ontvangen, zullen wij de terugbetaling in werking zetten en zult u hier een email ter bevestiging van ontvangen. Dit kan 3 tot 5 werkdagen duren.

The right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days and without giving any reason.The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by selecting the appropriate option below or by sending a letter by post).You can use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
Please ensure that the items being returned are unopened and in their original packaging.Unwanted goods must be undamaged with any seal not broken.
Effect of the cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) .
We may make a deduction from the compensation due to a reduction in the value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than:
(a) 14 days from the day on which we receive the delivered goods from you, or
(b) (whichever is sooner) 14 days from the day on which you provide proof that you have returned the goods, or
(c) If no goods have been delivered, 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract.
We will make this refund using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of payment.Under no circumstances will you incur additional costs as a result of the refund.The costs of returning the goods are for your account.

What should I do if I have received a wrong product?

What should I do if my item is damaged?

How do I report a potential error to my product?

How can I arrange a return shipment?
Please contact our customer service to organize a return.
We need your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
As soon as we have received this information, we will send you a unique return authorization number and all other necessary information.
Please pack the item securely and make sure the return form is included.
Please ensure that you receive proof of postage when you return the item.This is free of charge and without this proof/receipt, in the unlikely event that the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to process a refund or send you a replacement item.
If you have requested a replacement item and this product is no longer available we will refund and refund the amount to the account used for the original purchase.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.We recommend using a supplier who insures the amount of the goods.
How is my return shipment processed?

We will not reimburse the shipping costs for items returned due to an alleged defect or fault and we are unable to detect this during the testing process.The cost of returning the item to you depends on the item and will be communicated after the testing process is complete.
