FITNESS BATH & BODY OIL
FOR BEST RESULTS: This invigorating oil is best used before or after exercise. Massage into skin or add two inner caps to your bath. If product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Natural ingredients may cause colour variation. May stain fabrics. Contains oil derived from nuts. If redness/itching occurs stop use.

MUSCLE RESCUE BALM
FOR BEST RESULTS: Ideal for massage pre and post exercise. Massage into legs with upward movements. For arms, neck and shoulders, work in circular motions. Prior to application massage tube between palms to help warm and soften product. If product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. Do not use on damaged or inflamed skin.

FITNESS SHOWER GEL
FOR BEST RESULTS: Create a lather by massaging into damp skin using firm circular movements and breathe in the rejuvenating aromatic before rinsing away. If product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Natural ingredients may cause colour variation. Not for sensitive skin.
