Let op, deze voedingswaarden zijn gebaseerd op de naturel versie. Wanneer je voor een versie met toegevoegde smaakstoffen kiest zal het eiwitgehalte ongeveer 3% lager zijn bij de meeste smaken en bij de smaak Chocolade zelf 8% lager.

Schenk 250-300ml water of melk in onze shaker (hoe minder vloeistof hoe dikker de shake). Voeg vervolgens 2 MP maatscheppen (groot) toe (60g), shaken en consumeren. 2-3 maal daags of naar behoefte gebruiken. 1 afgestreken MP Plastic maatschep bevat 29g.
